there is / there are
از «there is» + اسم مفرد («there is a lake») و «there are» + اسم جمع («there are trees») استفاده کن. برای سؤال: «Is there a river?»، «Are there any mountains?» برای منفی: «There isn't a beach»، «There aren't any forests.»
Use "there is" + a singular noun ("there is a lake") and "there are" + a plural noun ("there are trees"). For questions: "Is there a river?", "Are there any mountains?" For negatives: "There isn't a beach", "There aren't any forests."
