Present perfect & news passive
برای اخبار تازه که نتیجه‌اش الان مهم است از حال کامل استفاده کن (have/has + اسم مفعول): «Prices have gone up.» در اخبار اغلب از مجهول استفاده می‌کنیم تا چیزی را بدون گفتنِ فاعل گزارش کنیم: «It was reported that…»، «It is said that…» (was/is + اسم مفعول).
Use the present perfect (have/has + past participle) for recent news with a result now: "Prices have gone up." In the news we often use the passive to report things without saying who: "It was reported that…", "It is said that…" (was/is + past participle).
