Present perfect vs past simple
برای زمانِ تمامشده (yesterday، last year، in 2019) و وقتی دقیقاً میگویی چه زمانی، از گذشتهٔ ساده استفاده کن: «I went to Rome last year.» برای زمانِ تمامنشده (today، this week، ever، never) یا وقتی زمان مهم نیست، از حال کامل استفاده کن: «I have visited Rome.» «been» یعنی رفتی و برگشتی؛ «gone» یعنی رفتی و هنوز آنجایی: «He has been to the shop» (برگشته) در برابر «He has gone to the shop» (هنوز بیرون است).
Use the past simple for a finished time (yesterday, last year, in 2019) and when you say exactly when: "I went to Rome last year." Use the present perfect for unfinished time (today, this week, ever, never) or when the time is not important: "I have visited Rome." "Been" means you went and came back; "gone" means you went and are still there: "He has been to the shop" (he is back) vs "He has gone to the shop" (he is still out).
