Passive reporting structures
برای نقل‌قول چیزی بدون نام بردن منبع، از دو الگو استفاده کن. الگوی ۱: «It + is/was + said/believed/thought + that + جمله» («It is said that he is rich»). الگوی ۲: «فاعل + is/was + said/believed + to + مصدر» («He is said to be rich»). برای عملی پیش‌تر از «to have + اسم مفعول» استفاده کن: «He is believed to have left.»
To report something without naming the source, use two patterns. Pattern 1: "It + is/was + said/believed/thought + that + clause" ("It is said that he is rich"). Pattern 2: "Subject + is/was + said/believed + to + infinitive" ("He is said to be rich"). Use "to have + past participle" for an earlier action: "He is believed to have left."
