Suffixes build new words
پسوند در انتهای کلمه می‌آید و اغلب نوع آن را تغییر می‌دهد. «-ful» یعنی «پر از» (help → helpful) و «-less» یعنی «بدونِ» (hope → hopeless). «-ment»، «-tion» و «-ity» اسم می‌سازند (agree → agreement، decide → decision، able → ability). «-ous» و «-able» صفت می‌سازند (fame → famous، enjoy → enjoyable).
A suffix goes at the end of a word and often changes its type. "-ful" means "full of" (help → helpful) and "-less" means "without" (hope → hopeless). "-ment", "-tion", and "-ity" make nouns (agree → agreement, decide → decision, able → ability). "-ous" and "-able" make adjectives (fame → famous, enjoy → enjoyable).
