Where the pronoun goes in a command
In a positive command the object pronoun moves BEHIND the verb and attaches with a hyphen: aidez-moi, appelez-la, donnez-lui. Note that me becomes the stronger moi in this position. In a negative command everything snaps back to normal, in front of the verb: ne m aidez pas. For an emergency, what matters most is not this rule but having three sentences ready without thinking: Au secours, Aidez-moi, Appelez un médecin. Learn those three by heart tonight.
